From organization to owned property
We build it around how you actually operate.
AIOSnode is not installed as a generic chatbot. The website, knowledge, services, forms, assistants, workflows, apps, integrations and owner controls are assembled into one organization-specific property.
The process
Build. Review. Deliver. Operate.
The private Factory does the construction work. Customers see the finished property and the review/handoff stages—not the Factory itself.
Define the organization
We establish the organization, operating class, departments or teams, services, terminology, roles, public experience and the systems already in use.
Gather the working knowledge
Organization files, procedures, policies, source material, forms, service information and authoritative external sources are organized into the Node's knowledge surface.
Build the operating surfaces
The website, forms, assistants, workflows, scheduling, relationship records, payments connections, apps and automation are configured around the organization.
Connect what should stay
Existing systems can remain in place. AIOSnode can work alongside them, replace selected functions, or use a hybrid approach. Replacement is not required.
Private review before deployment
The finished Property Package moves through operator review and a private inspection path. Generated content is not treated as verified merely because it was generated.
Provision only after acceptance
Claiming or approving a review does not automatically deploy anything. Provisioning is a separate governed action, followed by operator acceptance and activation.
Transfer the property
At closing, the owner receives the delivered Node, organization-specific configuration, operating package, records, evidence, documentation, credentials under its control and delivered extension rights when included.
The owner operates it
The design target is at least 95% owner operation. Routine use and administration should not require AIOSnode staff.
What we need to build one
Bring what you already have.
The Factory is meant to organize the organization—not force it to redesign itself before work can begin.
Organization
Who you are, who you serve, locations, departments or teams, responsibilities and terminology.
Website & services
Existing site, services, FAQs, public information, contact paths, scheduling and payment needs.
Knowledge
Policies, procedures, manuals, forms, files, service rules, reference material and authoritative sources.
Workflows
What happens today: intake, routing, approvals, follow-up, recurring work, reporting and handoffs.
Systems
Software, databases, SaaS tools, APIs, spreadsheets and other systems that should remain, connect or be replaced.
Ownership choice
Who will administer the Node, where the AI should run, preferred hosting model and what your IT people want to control directly.
The acceptance test
Could we hand over the keys, walk away, and have the delivered AIOSnode continue operating? If the answer is no, the property is not finished.
